 Question
Does the church give too little attention to the sins and traditions of the society? It seems that the church today has little to say about abortion, homosexuality, pornography, gambling, etc. It has allowed the culture to dictate decisions and priorities of the church. It seems to be more concerned to be "politically correct" than to be spiritually correct.

I have been browsing online more than 2 hours today, yet I never found any interesting article like yours. It is pretty worth enough for me. In my view, if all web owners and bloggers made good content as you did, the net will be much more useful than ever before.

On page 3 in the fall 2006 issue of Beyond Ourselves, Stanley Green accepts the culture as his guide rather than the Word of God and says, "God does not call us to determine the destiny of those who have not responded to Jesus Christ". In the same issue, James Krabill raises questions of a pluralistic world but is slack in affirming the authority of the Scripture with answers. Yes, it is true that our culture is dictating the decisions and priorities of MC USA.

Thanks for this bold, insightful and helpful website. It is serving a great need for clear expressions on important issues and this method of sharing is much better than the Readers Say in The Mennonite.
